NEW Momentum Volleyball Thursday Intermediate/Intermediate Plus Co-Ed League – Toronto Volleyball Centre Spring/Summer Season:

May 21st – July 23rd, 2026

Team Price: $1249+HST

Individual Price: $229+HST – 6 Players/team

– 10 weeks consecutively unless closed date is listed!

– Matches run from 7:15pm to 8:45pm and from 8:45pm to 10:15pm; two 2-set matches each night, 4 sets total back-to-back!

– Arrive up to 15 minutes before your match time

– Ball warm-up is not permitted while matches are in play.

Coed 6’s:
Getting started in the game? This is just the ticket! The rules are watered down, so you learn the basics of the game while keeping the rallies going. Two or more women must be on the court at all times.

Intermediate Plus Leagues are for teams running a 2-setter or 1-setter system, often with specialized positions and with 2-3 consistent attacking options. Teams are capable of attacking from the front or back row, and consistently able to spike on a downwards trajectory.

Advanced Leagues are for teams running a 5:1 system with proficiency, with all players having experience playing in Advanced leagues or at a comparable level.

Competitive Leagues are for teams and athletes with substantial playing experience at a highly-competitive school, club, or league level. Teams are proficient at attacking from the front & back row, running fast-tempo setting speed to attackers, and receiving serves in a 3-passer system.

There is plenty of FREE parking adjacent to The Hangar building at 75 Carl Hall Road. Closest lots are S2 & S3. Use the main Hangar entrance at the roundabout drop off. Walk into the lobby, turn left at the first ramp and walk behind the ball hockey rink to our 2 courts.

Ask us for a Coach! We can find you an experienced coach to assist your group to improve your knowledge of the fundamental techniques of the sport and some basic tactics.
